This post is part of the Dr. Dennis Gross Brand Takeover in April 2021, if you’d like to know more about the brand you can click here or view all posts about the brand here.

The Alpha Beta Body Peel is a new addition to the range at Dr. Dennis Gross (though a version of this existed YEEEEARS ago!) and I am so excited by it.

I love the Alpha Beta range, especially the facial peels- it’s how I first discovered the brand and they completely transformed my skin, combined with the fact that I tend not to test out as many new body products as I do for skincare, haircare and makeup this had my attention straight away.

It is effectively a larger towelette drenched in a body friendly exfoliating and hydrating solution thanks to the addition of squalane, glycerin and aloe leaf juice. And yes, that does mean it’s a one step body care routine- no need for a separate scrub or moisturiser. So technically… it’s saving me time and money, that more than justifies a repurchase, right?

It banishes dry skin, leaving behind the signature DDG glow, as well as treating breakouts, keratosis pilaris (also known as strawberry or chicken skin) and addresses any self tan mishaps. I can’t help but think how many brides would love a product like this in the run up to their wedding- it just takes tired skin and makes it look expensive.

How to use:

On freshly cleaned and dry skin, work the towelette in upwards motions across the body to exfoliate and hydrate simultaneously.
