Dr. Dennis Gross DrX Blemish Solutions is a one stop shop for problem solving blemish prone skin. Relying on proven inflammation reducing, and bacteria killing ingredients like Salicylic Acid, AHAs and Niacinamide this range is a breakouts worst nightmare.
DrX Blemish Solutions Breakout Clearing Gel/ Acne Clearing Gel in the US
The Breakout Clearing Gel is the newest innovation here. The clear, non sticky gel dissolves the clogged ‘plugs’ of the blocked pore causing the breakout and delivers results, quickly. The hero ingredient is 2% Salicylic Acid which is able to get into the pore and reduce inflammation, combined with exfoliating AHAs, repairing niacinamide, turnover bosting retinol – this is potent and effective.
For best results apply at first signs of a breakout, no more than twice a day (I find any more leads to excess dryness). Oh but the best part? It’s 30 ENTIRE ML and a little goes a long way.

DrX Blemish Solutions Clarifying Sulfur Mask
This fan favourite is second to none at keeping skin soothed and clear, and has recently undergone a makeover. It’s now more affordable and in a smaller tube instead of a jar so you avoid wastage and it lends itself better to travel. Whether you need this all over or just on breakouts, simply apply the sulfur and clay mask on and let it dry. Once removed you’ll notice increased clarity, reduced inflammation and a smaller appearance of pores.

DrX All in One Cleanser with Toner
This is so criminally slept on I can’t deal. I think the name confuses people because it could easily be assumed that this is a micellar water type product, but whilst this removes makeup and dirt- that is where the similarities end. It’s a gentle, soap free cream cleanser that leaves skin balanced. I like to massage this in and remove with a warm flannel as a first or second cleanse. It’s so quick and easy!

DrX Blemish Solutions Acne Eliminating Pads
This is one of the only products I haven’t tried from the brand as it’s not sold in the UK, but I love the sound of it. It’s a AHA and BHA solution drenched onto texture cotton pads for a one step treatment to target breakouts, combined with soothing zinc, chamomile and copper. Another example of the brand not focusing on a single ingredient, but rather how a combination of the right ingredients for a particular purpose work better in tandem within a complete formula.
