Welcome to RohitBagga.com! This is the fifth instalment in my Brand Takeover Series, where I delve deeper into some of your most requested and favourite brands in the beauty industry. As well as reading my thoughts and opinions on the brands, these takeover posts will be filled with information to help you make a more informed choice before you go on to discover their products (and every single product here has been tested by me unless I say otherwise!). I hope I’ll help you to navigate your way through these brands a little easier, because with countless new products from every corner of the industry popping up daily, it’s hard to keep up and to know if you even need to…
Launched in 2013 by Jordan Samuel, a leading US based facialist and former professional ballet dancer, the range takes inspiration from ballet and reflects the many thousands of hours Jordan has spent in clinic with hands-on experience of skin.
Jordan first pirouetted into the beauty industry in 2007 whilst he was in ballet, with another of his great loves – fragrance. Jordan Samuel Fragrance included candles and fragrance, However, it was whilst he was performing in heavy, long-wearing stage makeup that his interest in in skincare grew, realising that healthy skin followed essential steps to keep it glowing. Following on from retirement, he focused on following these skincare habits and trained to become a facialist, launching Jordan Samuel Skin.
I really respect that he took the time to hone his craft and earn his stripes by understanding and qualifying in the industry he was going into to ensure he had the best possible knowledge to create great products.

It feels near impossible to mention Jordan Samuel without mentioning Caroline Hirons who I first discovered the brand from in 2014, and following the packaging upgrade I was desperate to get my hands on it. Though the range has expanded over the years, many of these original formulas remain, whether in new packaging or with slight upgrades but one constant has been the brands desire to lead Jordan’s mission of creating effective, user friendly products that support healthy skin.
Jordan Samuel Skin are globally renowned for their incredible cleansing range, which makes sense, afterall cleansing is what ignited Jordan’s love affair with skincare and is the base of any great routine. Whether you’re looking for a makeup remover or cleanser, you will find one you love one in the edited range.

The Cleansers from Jordan Samuel Skin
If you’d like to discover the cleansers, view this guide here.
The premise of the brand is to create skincare essentials that make up an entire routine whilst also complimenting any other products. Everything at Jordan Samuel Skin does exactly what it says on the label, there is not over-promising and under delivering in sight.
Ultimately, you know your in the hands of a trusted professional when you use Jordan’s products because his skincare philosophy is one we can all understand, excelling in cleansing and hydration with a view to using actives that are tailored to your skin, at a frequency your skin can tolerate.

Treatment Serums by Jordan Samuel Skin
I am yet to find someone who can’t get on with Jordan’s range, and as such I am convinced the brand suits all. The high quality formulas and accessible price-point along with the majority of the line being fragrance free, it’s one of few brands I feel 100% confident in recommending.
I think part of this is knowing that Jordan is still very much so involved in every corner of his brand, whether it’s product development, social media and connecting on lives, his passion for his work shines through and it shows in everything he does. It adds a element of trust most brands fail to create, and ultimately, aside from products we love, don’t we want to support the businesses of good people?

The Italian Collection By Jordan Samuel Skin
Jordan Samuel Skin is cruelty free (like all skincare sold in the UK) and leaping bunny approved. The brand is available in the US and Canada at JordanSamuelSkin.com and in the UK and globally at Cult Beauty here.
I also have it on good authority the next few launches are major, but my lips are sealed! 😉
