This post is part of the Jordan Samuel Skin Brand Takeover in May 2021, if you’d like to know more about the brand you can click here or view all posts about the brand here.

Jordan Samuel Skin Matinee Cream Cleanser is the newest addition to the brand and is due to launch in the UK in a few weeks. It does the perfect job of completing the gap in the cleansing range.

If you love the Aftershow balm but want a lighter counterpart for a second cleanse, and prefer a cream to a gel, look no further.

Matinee Cream is enriched with moisturising Sesame Oil, calming Allantoin and gently purifying Silt, combined with Jordan Samuel Skin’s signature blend of cucumber, chamomile and green tea extracts to soothe and add a fragrance free sensorial experience.

Sometimes cream cleansers can feel more like a moisturiser than cleanser, which defeats the purpose of having clean skin, this has enough ‘oomph’ to it to hydrate whilst cleansing, whilst making light work of cleansing the skin. It also removes light makeup, which has been really helpful on days where I only want one step before getting into bed!

I know I’ll favour it going into the colder months despite the purifying element because it is perfectly balanced.
