The Aftershow Treatment Cleanser is the jewel in the crown of the Jordan Samuel Skin range. Originally known as Plie, Aftershow is a gel-balm cleanser that melts into an oil on contact with the skin. It offers THE MOST luxurious massage, and lends itself well to a pre event ‘face workout’.

It was the first product I tried from the range years ago and continue to use regularly to this day. Not only is Aftershow a high quality formula but it is equally as effective- completely obliterating SPF and long wearing makeup (if you like to remove eye makeup, try the fragrance free version). There is no oily residue left behind and due to the skin compatible oils used (olive, jojoba and grapeseed) skin is left nourished but never feeling sticky.

There is a very gentle exfoliation by the way of fruit extracts and THE SMELL IS INCREDIBLE. I need it in a candle and cologne, Jordan. Aftershow smells like the most incredible, uplifiting spa treament. The fragrance comes from fruit extacts and not essential oils or synthetic fragrance, just in case you specifically avoid those this could be an option for you.

How to use:

Apply the cleanser to dry skin and begin massaging your face, then you can add water to emulsify and remove with a flannel to reveal softer, radiant skin.

I’ve lost count of the amount of times I’ve used this as both steps of my cleansing routine and my shaving oil when travelling, which the packaging makes so convienient.

I’ve been through countless tubes of this, and can’t think of a day where this won’t be part of my routine. If you’d like to explore the rest of the cleansing range at Jordan Samuel Skin, take a look at this guide.
