The Inkey List Facial Oils

This post is not sponsored but contains gifted AD- PR samples. We do not use affiliate links. You can find my full disclaimer here.

The Inkey List only make two facial oils but they are both really good quality and massage into the skin effortlessly. They cover all skin types and can be used AM or PM.

Where you use oil in your routine is an age old argument but my advice is always oil first, then moisturiser if needed. Try it!

ROSEHIP FACIAL OIL

INCI: 100% Rosa Canina Fruit Oil.

The Inkey List Rosehip Oil is suitable for all skin types but in my experience best for dryer skins. It’s primary function is to moisturise the skin but can also encourage cell turnover.

This oil doesn’t feel thick or gloopy at all, it sinks in without any problems and skin is left in better condition for it.

Think of it like a omega rich multivitamin for the skin.

SQUALANE FACIAL OIL

INCI: 100% Plant Derived Squalane

(Not Shark derived Squalene!)

Squalane is one of of the natural moisturising factors we produce in our skin, which is one of the reasons our skin responds well to it when applied topically.

The Inkey List Squalane is the best option for the oil averse, it is a lightweight ‘dry’ oil that imparts a natural glow. Not only does this replenish the skins moisture levels but balances out oil production too.

I also use it to sheer out a full coverage foundation, it’s a multi tasking skincare hero!

The Inkey List is Cruelty Free and available at Selfridges, Cult Beauty, Boots, Sephora US and Shoppers Drug Mart Canada,  in addition to their own website where you can AskINKEY for specific product related support.
